While we must represent the interests of our clients, and those interests are inherently adverse to yours, it is our sincere desire to work with you and/or your representative(s) toward a mutually agreeable resolution in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner.

Complaints

If you believe you have received less than courteous and professional treatment from our office, please contact us at complaints@hannalawoffice.com and provide a brief description of your experience. Please be sure to include your full name and file or account number so that we may process your complaint as quickly as possible.

Apply For Hardship Program

Hanna & Associates understands that you may be experiencing a particular financial hardship that we and/or our client(s) are either unaware of or that we do not fully grasp, including recent medical hardships or disability, recent loss of income or employment, etc.

If you would like to apply for a Hardship Program we invite you to mail (1) a detailed letter explaining the circumstances of your particular hardship; (2) documentary evidence supporting your hardship request; and (3) proof of employment or unemployment, to the below address.

Upon receipt of the above information we will review your file with our client to determine whether or not you may qualify for a hardship. Under certain circumstances, we or our client may request additional information.
